Job Description:
The contractor shall be responsible for employing technically qualified personnel to perform the work specified in this Statement of Work.
4.2. Experience with environmental permitting procedures utilized by the Federal Government is required.
4.3. Specific Environmental Specialist qualification requirements: Personnel required to perform the services described in this Statement of Work shall meet the following minimum qualifications:
4.3.1. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies or a related field.
4.3.2. Minimum of 3 years experience in the environmental field.
4.3.3. Familiarity with the compliance requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, and National Historic Preservation Act.
4.3.4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4.3.5. Knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office, MS Teams
