About the Team
Our team is aligned around three pillars - Design, Build and Operate. Focused on optimizing the space we have, finding the best solutions to our immediate term expansion needs, and devising and driving our long-term strategy. All of this under the guiding principle of sustainability.
1. Project Start-Up task tracking including: contracts, proposal letters, work authorizations, scopes of works etc.
2. Early Project Phases tasks including but not limited to: programming data worksheets, project filing, creation/maintenance of various spreadsheets, maintenance of logs (contracts, work authorization, etc.), meeting coordination, preparation of meeting agendas and meeting notes.
3. Construction Documentation/Administration Phases tasks include: file sharing, print coordination, logging RFIs & submittals, QA/QC documents.
4. Project Execution tasks:
- Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
- Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.
- Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
- Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Overseeing construction process in field
- Coordinating inspections with AHJ and documenting.
- Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.
- Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
- Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.
- Document field conditions via measurements, drone photos, etc.
- Construction or Industry experience
- Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Construction experience or industry knowledge
- Great mathematical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- General knowledge of reading construction drawings
- Willingness to take on multiple projects at once
