What You'll Do
- Lead a team comprising Project Coordinators, Buyers, Superintendents, and craft personnel
- Foster a culture focused on safety and quality across projects and throughout the company
- Conduct constructability reviews of design packages
- Maintain a proactive, can-do attitude to align stakeholders with project goals
- Identify project risks and opportunities, actively managing them throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and Quality Control requirements
- Interface with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and commissioning teams
- Conduct Lessons Learned sessions during and after each project
- Enforce high standards for document configuration control and ensure incorporation of RFIs into final Record drawings
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil/structural/architectural fields, including 5 years as a Project Manager
- Previous experience managing projects valued at $25M or more
- Proficiency in material take offs and estimating from construction drawings
- Ability to read, interpret, and manage changes to construction drawings
- Strong skills in Construction baseline development, change control, cost/schedule performance, and variance analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Manage Change Control Management for all new scope of work

$79,200 - $194,400/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Salary : $79,200 - $194,400
