What You'll Do
- Lead the successful execution of both contracted and self-performed construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules, identifying critical paths and addressing any roadblocks
- Create and maintain site logistics and execution plans
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Direct field work, track changes, and provide leadership within project teams
- Work closely with engineering teams to resolve design issues promptly
- Ensure installations meet end-user requirements and adhere to quality standards
What You'll Bring
- Preferred degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively present information
- High proficiency in Microsoft, Bluebeam, and scheduling software able to identify and implement the best method to communicate or plan a project and scopes
- Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and managing changes to construction design documents with ability to provide constructability feedback
- Ability to travel to various project locations as needed (up to 50%), often on short notice

$79,200 - $194,400/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
