What To Expect
The Financial Operations Specialist will report directly to the Finops Supervisor and will assist in the day-to-day activities and various responsibilities pertaining to customer billing, cash application, investigation, reconciliation, and reporting within the organization. The ideal candidate will be someone that is innovative; detail oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Providing Accurate and timely responses to requests from internal customers including accounting, sales, customer care, legal, and senior management Analyzing and validating customer, product, and pricing data for completeness and accuracy Supporting close related reconciliation and journal entries Collaboration with cross functional teams to find new solutions and resolve process related issues Special projects and duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience 3 years of experience in a Finance and/or Operations role preferred You are a problem-solver, always looking for better ways to get things done You’re not afraid of ownership and accountability You think in terms of automation and how processes can be streamlined You are always open to learning, collaborating, and helping where needed Evidence of exceptional ability
