This position is expected to start May 2025 and continue through the entire Summer term (i.e. through August/September 2025) or into Fall 2025 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

Tesla Energy is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our Energy Service Compliance Team. The role requires a highly organized mindset, a passion for driving multi-disciplinary projects, and an unparalleled ability to pull people together to make things happen.
Assist in managing complex cross-functional projects to meet organizational goals, overseeing the day-to-day progression of the assigned project and performing administrative tasks Liaise with Project Lead and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives Collaborate with Project Lead and stakeholders to anticipate and manage risks and project changes Ensure that all aspects of the project are organized and in conformance with timelines and deliverable requirements Create and maintain project documentation Analyze data to generate valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
What You'll Bring
Minimum of two years of work experience in a fast paced, detail orientated, and team environment Demonstrated experience in project coordination with multiple cross-functional teams Must be able to maintain a high degree of personal integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism while working with privileged and sensitive information Professional demeanor, strong communication (verbal & writing), and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, and Knowledge Base Ability to adapt and work in an ever-changing environment Problem solver with a talent for approaching complex challenges with a positive outlook Display a clear sense of priority and achieving quality work with short deadlines
