What You'll Do
Set clear goals for quality standards, inventory accuracy, audit programs, and leading regional operational improvements Create an environment of innovation and continuous improvement through new technology and productivity developments Oversee and manage all inventory control processes to ensure accurate tracking and stock levels Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory accuracy and minimize errors Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to meet company and industry standards Drive accountability regarding project milestones, key initiatives, and project success criteria for quality assurance Coordinating with variety of cross-functional stakeholders: design, manufacturing, service, engineering functions, materials, factory software teams etc.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field with evidence of exceptional ability or equivalent experience 6 managing salaried and hourly team members in quality engineering, distribution, or logistic environment Knowledge of quality system industry standards including ISO 9001 Excellent skills, written, verbal, presentation, and summarization Demonstrated ability to overcome adversity, operate with a high sense of urgency, and have a passion to drive change in a constantly changing environment Data driven with a strong analytical approach to problem-solving without sacrificing safety or the customer-experience Interest in long term career development through assignments in multiple fulfillment centers across the nation

$129,600 - $194,400/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
