What are the responsibilities and job description for the Valet Attendant, Workplace position at Tesla?
As part of the Workplace team, the Valet Attendant will provide oversight to parking demand and valet services for Tesla's Fremont sites. The Valet Coordinator will join the dynamic Workplace team and support environmental sustainability initiatives by growing and supervising our Electronic Vehicle Charging Program through tracking and analyzing data, educating stakeholders on current demand, and continued growth of resources to increase vehicle throughput.

Responsibilities
- Welcome employees and provide superb valet and customer experience
- Follow safety guidelines to operate, charge, and park a variety of employee electrical vehicles to maximize parking lot capacity
- Intake and conduct visual inspections of preexisting vehicle damage and maintain accurate records of vehicle intake and damage claims
- Work closely with other valet attendants and staff to ensure smooth operations including key management, safe handling of vehicles, and traffic control to avoid damage
- Assist with valet at various sites and serve as a point of contact for Tesla onsite and offsite parking lots and facilities
- Conduct frequent vehicle inspections while vehicle is valeted for charging, securing windows, and doors
- Provide assistance with valet or parking support during events or high traffic periods

Expected Compensation
20.20 - $30.30 / hour cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
