Special Inspector ( ACI / ICC Certification required )

Test-Con, Inc. is an independent Material Testing and Inspection service firm with capabilities in providing a wide range of services in our well-equipped laboratory located in Danbury, Connecticut. For more than 30 years we have worked on numerous projects throughout Connecticut and New York State.

RESPONSIBILITES:

 Inspect work for conformance with plans and specifications.

 Site inspections of Concrete, Masonry, Rebar, HMA, Structural Steel, fireproofing, , etc.

 Provide daily field inspection reports and identify discrepancies.

 Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

 Travel to jobsites. Rare Saturday work

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have current certification in one or more of the following areas listed below:

 ACI Level I and 11

 ICC Reinforced Concrete

 ICC Bolting or NACE

 ICC Masonry and/or Fireproofing

 NETTCP or HMA or PTI cert

 PE License with relevant experience

# ACI Aggregate and Concrete Laboratory Testing Technician
