Position Summary: The Automotive Sales Specialist strives to drive financial and territorial growth through creating lasting partnerships in the automotive sector of NDT. With a proven track record in capital equipment sales within the automotive industry, the Automotive Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITIES, AND EXPECTATIONS:

  1. Strategic Customer Care Oversight: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and drive growth in the automotive sector.
  2. Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and target potential clients in the automotive industry, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  3. Product Demonstration and Vendor Partnership: Present and demonstrate NDT equipment to prospective clients, partnering with key vendors to showcase the value of our solutions.
  4. Contract Negotiation and Sales Closure: Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  5. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  6. Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Collaborative Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  8. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  9. Key Contributor in Sales and Service Team Meetings: Your presence and valuable insights at TED Sales and Service team meetings will be crucial in shaping the company's sales and service endeavors in the automotive sector. You will contribute comprehensive data, customer feedback, and trends analysis, enabling TED to make informed decisions that resonate with our clientele.
