What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Admin Assistant position at Test?
Responsibilities:
- Operate a multi-line system to answer calls, transfer calls, provide information as needed
- Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
- Maintenance of Active Retailer/Builder List with accurate contacts and payments terms
- Handling important invoicing documents internally and with outside customers to insure timely payments
- Maintaining adequate sales literature brochures and Product Manuals
- Responsible for printer maintenance and distribution of documents
- Responsible for weekly ordering of office supplies
- Assist Sales Department with Deacom inputting for monthly inventory
- Handle daily incoming and outgoing daily mail and FedEx
Requirements:
- Computer skills in Office 365 “word, excel, outlook” helpful
- Good organization skills
- EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills
- This is an important front office position so great attendance is a MUST
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Must pass standard background check and pre-employment drug test
