Members pool and landscape construction crew

We are seeking various crew members for various positions in our growing outdoor business. We are seeking top-notch Landscaping and Pool Crew Members for our world-class outdoor construction team, as well as Team Members for our beautiful Nursery and award-winning landscape maintenance teams.

Job requirements/duties depending on the role include but are not limited to:

• Complete assignments for timely completion of work
• Keep equipment neat, clean and in good repair
• Take direction and collaborate positively with teammates
• Loading and unloading of materials, equipment and trailers
• Be responsible for time cards and site sheets on a daily basis
• Fulfill additional assigned duties
• Ability to plan ahead, schedule material deliveries, and track labor hours
• Installation of new landscaping including
• Demolition and classification
• Plant small plants and large trees
• Low voltage lighting installation
• pathways/pavers
• Irrigation systems
• General cleaning/maintenance
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for most of the day.
• Able to perform labor intensive work on a regular basis

Experience/Qualifications:

• Ideally, a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in the landscape industry with basic knowledge of irrigation systems, plants, landscape construction materials, and installation procedures.
• Work with other team members to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals.
• Valid driver's license and clean background check (for drivers)
• English and Spanish a plus but not required
