We Are Hiring: Senior Appian Solution Architect
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA or Remote
What We Are Looking For:
- 15 years of experience in Appian.
- Hands-on experience in Appian application design for scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Appian deployment architecture to ensure availability and performance SLAs.
- Interact and communicate with the client’s technical SPOC.
- Perform analysis and effort estimation for change requests, if any.
- Translate business requirements into system qualities and then into design strategies and patterns that enable those qualities (e.g., adaptability, scalability, availability, reusability, etc.).
- Define IT design methodology, development process methodology, and best practices.
- Assist the development team in resolving technical challenges that fall within the project scope.
- Validate the team's understanding of requirements through interactions with the client team.
- Work on third-party integrations, Web APIs, and provide architectural guidelines on XML and REST protocols.
- Prepare solution architecture and data modeling.
- Provide best practices and design patterns for building business process solutions, including leveraging RPA automation.
- Conduct peer reviews, testing, and documentation of solutions.
- Lead technical discussions with the team to ensure on-time application delivery.
- Provide templates and checklists to support application architecture.
- Take ownership of technical delivery and ensure high-quality code.
