Responsibilities
- Manage membership applications and renewals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize computer software for managing membership databases.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Handle inquiries from members in a professional manner, addressing questions or concerns effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality of member information in compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall membership experience.
Requirements
- A real estate license is not required for this position. However, if the selected candidate holds an active real estate license, it must be placed on inactive status due to a conflict of interest.
- Proven experience in office management or clerical roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including membership management systems.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage multiple responsibilities.
