- Financial Stewardship: Manage the organization’s financial health, including budgeting, compliance, and reporting, while pursuing diverse funding sources to support operations and growth.
- Fundraising: Lead the development and execution of strategic fundraising initiatives, including grant writing, major donor cultivation, and sustainable revenue generation.
