Tetra Tech is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to work in our office in Pasadena, CA . This individual will work under the general supervision of the Human Resources Manager. The responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant include the following :
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires by verifying completion of all new hire documentation, follow up with employees and ensure proper documentation is received
- Assist with the processing of form I-9
- Maintain employee records and overall integrity of employee files
- Assist with HR correspondence via email and phone
- Support HR Team with day to day needs
- Work collaboratively with departments and all levels of employees
- Perform various administrative tasks, as assigned
- Travel to site locations to assist with first day processing.
- Review and track required state training for the employees,
- Assist in responding to the hr inbox and voicemail box
- Other duties as assigned
