Summary :
Tetra Tech's Disaster Response Division is currently seeking a Junior Recruiter based out of our Maitland, FL Office. This is a HYBRID position that requires you to work two days in the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for multi-site recruiting and other recruitment activities as assigned. This person will assist with recruiting efforts for all practices including temporary staff recruiting to technical recruiting as needed. This is an entry level role as a recruiter with great room to grow and develop within our Talent Acquisition department.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
- Maintains accurate and timely ATS updates, including disposition status and reasons.
- Create job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business.
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process.
- Follow up on the interview process status and update records in an internal database.
- Process offer and onboarding paperwork for each new hire.
