We are currently seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead a wide range of projects. Our offices in New York are comprised of over 80 professionals, working in a highly collaborative environment, focused on public buildings including regional governmental facilities, international projects for USAID and other federal agencies, as well as K-12 schools. Our overall team of professionals provides innovative architectural design, building systems engineering, interior design, site design, civil design, and 3-D imaging services to clients regionally and globally. Our designers embrace advanced building methods and technologies that provide real-world solutions resulting in more efficient and sustainable projects.
This position can be located in our Ithaca, NY. We offer a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work from home and in the office.
Your Role :
- Develop designs for technically complex facilities domestically and internationally
- Develop skills to manage professional relationships and contracts
- Provide technical and design leadership for some of the industry's top interdisciplinary design teams
- Gain the skills to manage the financial aspects of projects
- Mentor junior level professionals, developing satisfying collegial relationships
- Provide meaningful input to firm leadership regarding excellence in professional, technical, and business practices
Qualifications :
Anticipated Hiring Range : $95,000 - $105,000. Please note that this range reflects the pay scale that Tetra Tech INE reasonably expects to pay for the role. The pay scale will also depend on various factors, such as job duties and requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
