We seek a highly skilled Business Analyst (BA) with expertise in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, retrospective meetings, and business requirement gathering. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure clear business objectives, seamless sprint execution, and high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
✔ 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
✔ Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
✔ Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
✔ Excellent understanding of Sprint planning, Retrospectives, and UAT processes.
✔ Strong ability to facilitate Discovery Workshops & Requirement Gathering sessions.
✔ Proficiency in process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML, user stories, use cases).
✔ Experience working with cross-functional teams, developers, testers, and product managers.
