What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Specialist position at Tetriq solutions?
Note: Please make sure that the candidate is willing to work Monday-Friday 7 am – 4 pm
We would be open to direct hire. We REQUIRE QuickBooks experience, and Construction Experience is preferred but not required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in accounting or related fields preferred, but not required.
- Quickbooks experience is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Understand the priority of tasks
- Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Construction industry experience preferred but not required
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to meet deadlines effectively
- Effective communication skills to interact with vendors
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
