About The Role
Tevora is seeking a motivated HR/Recruiter Intern to support our People Ops team. In this 3-month paid internship, you'll assist with the hiring process from start to finish—conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring teams. You'll also maintain candidate records and help with day-to-day HR tasks like document management, while supporting the Consultant Development Program and other People Ops initiatives.

\n- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of Tevora's Consultant Development Program (Internship)
- Act as a liaison between HR and the Consultant Development Program by collaborating with Managers, Mentors and interns.
- Participating in candidate sourcing efforts
- Conduct initial phone screens and assist teams in screening resumes
- Schedule calls and interviews
- Manage calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
- Send out all bulk emails (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters)
- Assist in facilitating onboarding, orientation, first day details email, and background checks
- Participate in recruiting events
- Entering Data for Consultant Development Program
- Assisting with Consultant Development Program Orientation
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Hosting Special Presentation Event
- Additional duties as assigned
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle

- HRIS Experience
- Valid driver's license as driving will be required in this role
- Eligible to work in the United States
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter or HR Coordinator
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year university (or Military equivalent)
- Currently enrolled at an accredited 4-year university (or Military equivalent)
