What's the role?
The Quoting Specialist is responsible for assisting Tevora's sales personnel in the successful creation and processing of resale quotes and orders. These responsibilities begin when a rep begins conversations with a customer regarding a product through managing the order processing lifecycle once the customer purchases. The role is continuously evolving to meet the sales team's growing needs.
\n- Completes Partner Contracts and onboarding documents
- Manage all deal registrations to ensure that we are getting the best price possible.
- Request quotes from Distribution and/or Vendor
- Creating quotes on Tevora paper based on vendor quotes
- Works with accounting to properly research financial status of new customers
- Maintain Salesforce VAR and Maintenance records
- Create, maintain, manipulate contact lists as requested
- Be an integral part of sales campaigns from conception to execution
- Manages the order process from PO creation to customer confirmation of receipt
- It is expected that the Quoting Specialist will have a decent, ever-growing, knowledge of the products Tevora resells
