Position Overview:
Parks Elementary is seeking a visionary and strategic Career and Technical Education (CTE) Coach to lead the development, implementation, and alignment of the CTE curriculum. This role will design the scope and sequence for CTE programs, coordinate career exploration experiences, and establish strong partnerships with local businesses, colleges, and industry leaders. As a member of the school leadership team, the CTE Coach will also mentor teachers, monitor instruction, and ensure that CTE initiatives align with Parks Elementary’s College & Career Prep model.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Educational Administration preferred.
- Texas Principal or Administrative Certification preferred.
- T-TESS certification preferred.
- Experience in CTE instruction, workforce development, career education, or school leadership.
- Strong background in curriculum development, instructional coaching, and career partnerships.
- Knowledge of emerging career fields, workforce trends, and technology integration in education.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
