We are a professional, innovative, and fast-paced company. Texarome was founded in 1982 by the Boucard family to carry on the family tradition of essential oil distillation that goes back to the 40’s. Today, Texarome has grown into a multinational organization with key internal partnerships and productions units that includes six distillation facilities, as well as three rectification units, and four major products. By using three generations of expertise in conjunction with our proprietary distillation technology, we are in a position to sustainably supply our customers with some of the finest pure and natural essential oils on the market to exact specifications.
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in office management, ensuring efficient workflow. This role requires excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment. This role will also require some book keeping and invoicing and working closely with the finance department on accounts payable.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- · Preparing all orders to ship internationally. This includes task such as working with our freight forwarder, communicating with customers, Ensuring PO’s are correct and Sending out Pro Formas
- ·Work with our inventory system to manage orders and products
- ·Prepare payroll which includes timesheet reviews and finalizing paychecks.
- Work with the production team on orders
- Book keeping for our international company.
- Help finance director with accounts payable
- Any other administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and clients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees.
Requirements
- familiarity with bookkeeping and payroll is a plus.
- Ability to work with complexity in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated
- Must be able to prioritize and be able to adjust priorities throughout the day.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be dependable.
