Job Description
The Web Content Specialist focuses on creating and optimizing written content across our key brand websites to ensure sites align with marketing and communications goals. This position champions concise and engaging messaging that aligns the voice and tone of our brand, while also optimizing information architecture and design best practices. This position collaborates closely with UX researchers, policy coordinators, and department stakeholders to ensure websites are both user-friendly and effective in achieving unit objectives.
Responsibilities : Content Development
- Create engaging and narrative-driven content that resonates with target audiences and supports brand storytelling.
- Develop unique and creative content concepts that enhance the overall user experience and drive emotional connections with users.
- Craft compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) that guide users toward desired actions.
- Conduct content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Review, edit, and optimize existing website content to make it more persuasive and marketing-focused.
- Rewrite content to align with the department's goals, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and action-driven.
