Job Description
Purpose:
The Administrator I will, under direction, oversee operations for assigned departments, offices, divisions, or agencies, which include hiring employees, negotiating contracts, addressing budget matters, understanding general business operations, and guiding work teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project manager for major sponsored contracts annually. Oversees all workforce development contracts and grants, including stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, subcontractor management, budget management, communications with and reporting to sponsor, external communications/project promotion, and all other duties performed by Principal Investigators.
- Director of quality control for all training products. Acts as editor, in-process and final reviewer of all training products developed by NCTM, ensuring quality and error-free products. Oversees the curriculum development process and procures necessary TEES continuing education department approval of training materials. Procures CEUs for products and establishes marketing/promotion platform for recruiting.
- Organizes all logistics for training deliveries, including the development of workforce training agreements, contract training positions, recruiting for open enrollment, and all other logistical activities.
- Directs the efforts of and globally supervises center staff, setting performance standards and accountabilities; ensures that all programs, activities, and services comply with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Assesses the needs of center regarding administrative space, equipment, computing resources and personnel.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
