What you’ll do…
As the Gift Administrator, your attention to detail will be your super power as you accurately record gifts made to Texas A&M. You will record deposits, create reports, reconcile accounts, and communicate important information about the charitable gifts and commitments of our generous donors. This role will give you the opportunity to interact across all levels of the organization. Your ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment will be rewarded here.

What we require…
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in accounting, finance or related field.
We’d love to find someone with…
- Familiarity with financial, business, and accounting principles, concepts, and terminology.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across disciplines/units and built cross-functional, interdisciplinary partnerships.
- Experience operating and utilizing Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems and complex databases.
- Experience in non-profit, higher education, or fundraising field, prior experience in college or university setting.
