Job Description

Purpose:

The Research Services Program Specialist III will coordinate and oversee planning, development and implementation of a major joint industry technology development project. Support the Technology and Commercialization division of TEES in reviewing, negotiating, administering and reporting contracts and commercialization agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the planning, development and implementation of a major joint industry technology development project.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope.
  • Analyzes project data and prepares and distributes reports to participants.
  • Draft and negotiate contract amendments,
  • Establish processes for gathering and reporting project information; effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards.
  • Review deliverables before distribution to participants.
  • Track and report project expenses, develop expenditure forecasts.
  • Coordinate project communications and marketing materials.
  • Serve as administrative point of contact for all project activities and participating in project meetings
  • Administer commercialized technologies; review and negotiate contracts.
  • Assist in proposal preparation, submission and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

What we need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three years of related experience.
