Job Description
Purpose:
The Research Services Program Specialist III will coordinate and oversee planning, development and implementation of a major joint industry technology development project. Support the Technology and Commercialization division of TEES in reviewing, negotiating, administering and reporting contracts and commercialization agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the planning, development and implementation of a major joint industry technology development project.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope.
- Analyzes project data and prepares and distributes reports to participants.
- Draft and negotiate contract amendments,
- Establish processes for gathering and reporting project information; effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards.
- Review deliverables before distribution to participants.
- Track and report project expenses, develop expenditure forecasts.
- Coordinate project communications and marketing materials.
- Serve as administrative point of contact for all project activities and participating in project meetings
- Administer commercialized technologies; review and negotiate contracts.
- Assist in proposal preparation, submission and reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years of related experience.
