Assists in the preparation and maintenance of budgets, special reports, and other documents.Attends meetings and conferences to discuss the progress of assigned programs.This document represents the major duties, responsibilities, and authorities of this job, and is not intended to be a complete list of all tasks and functions. Other duties may be assigned.Additional ResponsibilitiesAssist in conducting literature review, data analysis and writing manuscript for dissimulation.Assist with recruitment and retention of grant participants.Develop training schedule and assist in the training and scheduling of grant participants.Track grant participants progress in their training.Provide participants case review and continuing education training.Provide certification and guidelines training.Track trainees’ completion of Basic and Advanced training.Participate in discussing best practices at meetings.Prepares vouchers, purchase orders and requisitions.Coordinate with accounting personnel and other support staff.Data entry and coding.Update SANE website as needed.Minimum RequirementsEducation – Bachelor’s degree in applicable field.Experience – No experience required.Preferred Education and ExperienceEducation – Master’s degree in Social Science or related fieldExperience – 1 to 3 years of grant related experienceExperience with affiliation agreement and contractsKnowledge and AbilitiesKnowledge of : Word processing and spreadsheet applications.Ability to : Multitask and work cooperatively with others.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.Maintains attention to detail and utilizes sound judgment.Preferred Knowledge and AbilitiesExperience with : Survey Monkey,Qualtrics,SPSS,CodingIRB knowledgeLicensing / Professional Certification – None.Physical Requirements – None.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
