Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee medical operations within the organization
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Manage and optimize medical resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies
- Provide guidance and support to medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with practice management team to ensure smooth operations of medical office
-Assist in reconciliation of insurance claims and payments
- Utilize electronic health record system for documentation and data management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in medical office management or healthcare administration preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
