What you’ll need to be our Branch Services Representative:
- High school diploma or GED required, with some College experience preferred
- Previous experience in a customer-facing and solutions-based role
- Knowledge of basic math calculations, especially in relation to cash, bills, etc.
- Basic computer and typing skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented communication skills
- Ability to read and understand regulations and procedures; uses grammatically correct and clear communication
- Ability to effectively utilize resources available to accurately and efficiently solve problems
- Cash handling experience, preferred
- Spanish-speaking skills are a bonus, though not essential for the role
- A service-oriented relationship builder with an efficient and precise work ethic

- Execute deposit and teller transactions with precision and accuracy
- Foster customer loyalty through personalized needs assessment and continued service to guide customers toward their financial goals

- Protect bank assets by diligently potential fraud and adhering to security and compliance protocols
