What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Systems Coordinator II position at Texas Biomedical Research?
Texas Biomed is searching for an FM Systems Coordinator II to join our dynamic facilities team. This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and reliable documentation of Facilities Operations System(s).
The Role
- Coordinate and assign new / incoming work orders to the appropriate technician.
- Participate in projects to gather user requirements, test, and implement systems and applications.
- Coordinate upgrades with supervisors and users.
- Serve as primary contact to the end users.
- Ensure training and updates support to FM Coordinators
- Institute Fleet Policy and Program
- Support the functionality of the system across the organization including monitoring time and functions of both technician and end users and notifying end users with status details.
- Provide technical support to end users and FM coordinators.
- Work closely with the FM team to help train maintenance supervisors.
- Support system(s) security roles and report creation.
- Ensure that data is accurate and protected against unauthorized access.
- Maintain a close working relationship with team and organizational unit leaders.
