Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and skills.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
- Build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Conduct background investigations on potential hires.
- Stay informed about industry trends in recruitment and talent management.
- Use Excel to track and report on open positions. Work with the team to reduce the time needed to fill vacant roles.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Recruiting experience in the security industry is preferred.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
This is a part-time, hourly position based at our Houston corporate office , with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (three days per week).
