This role requires strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and skills.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
• Build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Conduct background investigations on potential hires.
• Stay informed about industry trends in recruitment and talent management.
• Use Excel to track and report on open positions.
Work with the team to reduce the time needed to fill vacant roles.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Recruiting experience in the security industry is preferred.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time, hourly position based at our Houston corporate office , with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (three days per week).
