Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED.
• Four years full-time, wage-earning project management, project
  
  

coordination, program development, technical program support, accounting,

human resources, payroll, or financial operations experience.

Fifteen semester hours from a college or university accredited

by an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education

accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education

(USDE) may be substituted for each six months of experience.

• Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by
  
  

an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education

Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of

Education (USDE) preferred.

• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
  
  

to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation

software programs preferred.

• Experience in a governmental agency and financial operations preferred.
• The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
  
  

be $4,523.16.**
