Overview
Texas Door & Trim (TDT) is an employee-owned company. We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow its wholesale millwork distribution business serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area’s home builders, general contractors, remodelers, and commercial contractors. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with customers, driving sales growth through effective account management, customer service, and strategic sales initiatives.
Earnings
Your target earnings for your first year are estimated to be $100,000 with no limit on your earning potential (base salary commission), and you will receive a $6,000/yr vehicle allowance and a $75/mo technology allowance.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will enjoy building strategic business relationships and have a proven record of securing new customer relationships and achieving sales goals, have 2 yrs sales experience in windows and doors whole-sale distribution or a related industry such as building products, interior design, home improvement, or other similar industry, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and sales skills (influence, persuasion, and negotiation), be proficient with MS Office and familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Salesforce, have a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record, and pass a pre-employment drug test.
