Duties
- Conduct IN PERSON cold calling to identify and engage potential clients, generating leads for new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Implement territory management strategies to maximize coverage and efficiency in reaching potential clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or territory sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills, capable of closing deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with technology sales is preferred but not required; willingness to learn about products is essential.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop effective sales strategies.
