The groups medical expertise, which is available at five convenient locations, covers the spectrum of eye care and specialties including: routine eye exams, cataracts, glaucoma, corneal transplants, retina-vitreous care, pediatrics and laser vision correction
We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic part-time licensed Optometrists to work alongside our premier Ophthalmologists. This is an excellent career opportunity for a responsible individual, who is committed to building a future within our practice
Essential Responsibilities:
- Examines eyes, using observation, instruments and pharmaceutical agents, to determine visual acuity and perception, focus and coordination and to diagnose diseases and other abnormalities such as glaucoma, diabetic or macular degeneration and dry eyes.
- Prescribe, supply, fit and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses and other vision aids.
- Analyze test results and develop a treatment plan
- Provide patients undergoing eye surgeries, such as cataract, with pre- and post-operative care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Traveling is required to our locations in Sugar Land, Katy and Southwest Houston

Qualifications
- Valid Optometry License
- Strong patient care and customer service skills
- Proficiency in HIPAA compliance and medical records management
- Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems
