Position Summary
We are seeking an organized and dynamic IT Technology Coordinator to support and optimize the daily operations of the organization. This role requires a combination of excellent organizational skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication. This includes ensuring the efficient use of technology to meet operational and educational goals, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating technology projects, and providing support to staff and users. This position also works collaboratively with the Pressley Ridge Information Technology Department for special projects as needed.
Responsibilities
Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership, departments, and stakeholders to understand technology needs and support strategic objectives.
- Foster collaboration across departments to improve technology usage and integration.
Communication
- Coordinate with Pressley Ridge, Texas Family Care Network, and state IT teams to address ongoing hardware/software needs.
Computer Literacy
- Assist with the integration of new technology into everyday operations.
- Work with other departments to ensure technology initiatives align with organizational goals.
- Implement and manage systems for tracking issues, tasks, and milestones related to technology projects.
Complexity and Judgement
- Coordinate the allocation of technology resources (software, hardware, office equipment).
- Evaluate new technology tools and platforms to improve organizational performance.
Creativity and Foresight
- Assist in developing and improving office processes to enhance productivity and efficiency within the organization.
- Develop and implement user support, including helpdesk services and user manuals.
- Maintain and update technology documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

- Promotes and demonstrates appropriate respect for cultural diversity among coworkers and all work-related contacts.
Finance
- Reports expenses and provides supporting documentation.
- Adheres to deadlines for expense reports.
Leadership
- Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of technology tools and systems.

Support Focus
- Provides support for TFCN and state applications/technology – Care Match, LMS, Global Protect VPN, IMPACT, CLASS, TARE, Health Passport, and Data Warehouse, etc.
- Assist with onboarding new hires by organizing tech setup and ensuring access to necessary systems and tools.
- Provide support for troubleshooting basic technical issues, either directly or by working with IT support.
Professionalism
- Help manage relationships with technology vendors and suppliers.
- Complies and adheres to the professional and ethical standards of conduct established in the organization.
Risk Management and Safety
- Completes online learning and policy acknowledgements by due date.
- Attends and participates in all required trainings.
Time Management
- Maintain inventory of technology assets and ensure timely procurement of required tools and devices.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or director.
Qualifications
Education/Credentials/Licensure:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
- Valid state driver’s license, safe driving record, and current auto insurance.
Experience:
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in technology interactions or a similar role.
