- The Mental Health Therapist provides diagnostic assessments, therapy, andcounseling to children, adolescents, families, and caregivers.Responsibilities include establishing trust with clients, creating treatmentplans, maintaining documentation, and offering therapeutic intervention. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and therapy for clients.
- Provide crisis intervention and refer clients to additional services as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation and submit billing paperwork.
- Collaborate with agency staff and external partners to deliver services.
- Actively participate in evidence-based therapeutic training and certification.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, regulations, and agency policies.
- Transport clients using a personal or agency vehicle as needed.Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required.
- Clinical licensure required.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Work Environment :
- Combination of office-based and fieldwork, including occasional outdoor activities.
- Moderate physical activity, such as lifting up to 25 pounds.Accountabilities :
