Responsibilities
As the Vice President, Foster Care, you will:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our foster care program.
- Develop, refine, and implement policies, procedures, and program goals.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
- Provide supervision, training, and professional development to staff.
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and program evaluations.
- Advocate for cultural sensitivity and teamwork in all interactions.
- Represent TFI Family Services to top management, public groups, and boards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in social work or a human services field.
- Experience: Four to six years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in program management.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Other: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
Principal Accountabilities
- Ensure the effectiveness of the foster care program.
- Report program evaluations and results to the Senior Vice President/COO.
