We are looking for a passionate and energetic Majorette Dance Coach to join our team! As a family-oriented studio, we are committed to fostering a love for dance in every student while creating a positive and supportive environment. If you have experience in majorette-style dance and love working with kids, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Teach majorette-style dance to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Create exciting and engaging choreography for performances and studio showcases.
- Inspire and mentor dancers while building confidence and technique.
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and family-friendly atmosphere in class.
- Communicate effectively with parents, dancers, and staff.
- Encourage teamwork, discipline, and a passion for dance.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in majorette dance and performance.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience preferred.
- Ability to work with dancers of all ages, especially kids and teens.
- High-energy, enthusiastic, and great with students.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
