We are looking for Canvassers that are ready to talk to voters!! If you are looking for a job where you can hit 150 doors in 2 hours and be home by lunch time, then you are at the wrong job posting. Texas Hometown Solutions is a Texas-based Grassroots Company that opened in 2017 and was built to help you manage grassroots campaigns without breaking the bank. Our team specializes in political campaign management, canvassing, ballot-petition gathering, canvassing sales, and political affairs. Texas Hometown Solutions has been recognized by several large canvassing firms as the "go-to" sub-contract team to hire. TXHTS has also been used by all Texas campaign consultants to canvass all over the great state of Texas.
Qualifications
- Experience in canvassing and door-to-door sales
- Strong communication skills, especially in bilingual settings
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse communities
- Familiarity with customer service and sales techniques
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in target neighborhoods to engage with potential voters
- Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse communities
- Assist in supervising and training new canvassers to ensure team efficiency
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the candidate and campaign initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and concerns from constituents
- Utilize negotiation skills to persuade undecided voters and handle objections
- Collaborate with the team to meet campaign goals
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Richmond, VA 23223: Relocate before starting work (Required)
