Responsibilities:
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (THIS LIST MAY NOT INCLUDE ALL OF THE DUTIES ASSIGNED)
- Oversee daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Review and manage revenue cycle including production and collections
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
- Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and operational plans
- Enhance patient satisfaction through quality improvement initiatives and customer service excellence
- Collaborate with medical staff to streamline clinical operations and improve patient care
- Utilize healthcare information systems to manage patient records and data
- Inventory management

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
