Love your job. : As a Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist in one of our wafer fab clean rooms, you will : Execute scheduled maintenance work adhering to the approved best known method for all tasks completedTrack and assemble of parts required to complete maintenance ahead of timeComplete qualifications required to bring equipment fully out of maintenance state and into productionTrack critical data from performed maintenance to define improvement opportunities for optimal PM performanceHave an on-the-job training plan that provides a clear path to required certifications and advancementPerform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production equipmentConduct preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtimeWe are looking for individuals with a strong interest in and capability of performing mechanical and maintenance activities on complex tool sets, able to effectively collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams, and ability to read and understand technical instructions and mechanical drawings.Location : Lehi, UtahShift : Work 12 hour in person shifts on a fixed, compressed schedule, allowing for 3-4 days off in a row and built in overtime.Multiple shift opportunities available.Earn up to 20% profit sharing on eligible base pay through TI’s Profit Sharing plan.Safety is our #1 priority in the clean room and even in the breakroom.Eligible for competitive health, dental, and vision insurance from day 1 of hire.
