Assists Logistics Manager in the coordination and scheduling of all import and export traffic by vessel, barge, rail, and truck for the terminal operations team, customers, and various agencies. Additionally, supporting and demonstrating the company's core values of accountability, integrity, safety and care of environmental stewardship. This position reports directly to the Logistics Manager.

- Assist in marine scheduling/coordination with customers, vessel agents, barge companies, and terminal operations to ensure a seamless flow of product through the terminal to maximize operational efficiencies.
- Assist in rail scheduling/coordination with customers, various Class 1 railroads, and terminal operations to optimize the available rail capacity.
- Work directly with accounting to ensure all invoices are processed timely and accurately.
- Contract administration for current dry and liquid bulk customers.
- Provide excellent customer service for our import and export customers.
- Assists Logistics Manager in the coordination and management of terminal dredge projects.
- Communicate with vessel agents and barge companies to ensure arrival and departure of all vessels and ocean-going barges to and from terminal docks are arranged and scheduled.
- Oversee the weigh Truck Loading software, and daily ops of truck loading.
- Send terminal management, staff, customers, agents, inspectors, and surveyors' daily updates on each vessel and barge scheduled to berth at the terminal in the next five days.
- Calculate and send accounting dockage for all vessels berthing in the next five days for processing and distribution to client.
- Ensure all pre-arrival documentation (berth application, stowage plan, load sequence, etc.) has been received from customers/agents and provide necessary documents to operations.
- Reconcile vessel SOF and demurrage/dispatch claims.
- Track railcar and unit train throughput.
- Thorough knowledge of terminal customer contracts.
- Holistic understanding of the supply chain and inventory management.
- Data Analysis and historian; efficiency driven; optimize dock and rail utilization

- Candidates must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, unassisted.
