Claims Specialist
Use your customer service skills to help Texas Life provide our policyholders with a benefit payment when they have experienced the loss of a loved one. You'll be the main contact when a beneficiary calls our company and will process the claim to completion.
Our Claims Specialists provide quality customer service to internal and external customers primarily relating to claims, policy changes, and policy endorsements. This position is expected to deliver compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Location of Position :
Waco, Texas - Work in this position must be performed onsite.
Base salary / hourly rate range for this position in Texas is between $32,000 and $36,000. Please note that specific compensation decisions are based upon a variety of job-related factors as permitted by law, including geographic location, credentials, skills, education, training and experience.
