Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Provide strategic insights to internal hiring managers on emerging trends that allow the organization to attract best in class talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Conduct thorough screening and interview processes to assess candidates' qualifications and likelihood to success with our company.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Generate reports and metrics on recruitment activities to track progress and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience of comprehensive full cycle recruiting experience. Experience in hospitality preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing methods and best practices.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

This position can be remote or hybrid but must be based close to one of our venues (Baltimore, Philadelphia, Kansas City, Orlando, Arlington, Atlanta, Nashville).
