As a Senior Lead Adjuster, you will contribute to our mission by handling complex claims while mentoring a team of adjusters, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving continuous improvement. This position is ideal for an experienced adjuster seeking to develop leadership skills and influence department-wide strategies. We are looking for someone who will foster a listening environment, support growth through transparent communication, and drive talent initiatives like onboarding and training.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
In this role, you can expect to :
- Conduct claim investigations, administer benefits to injured workers, and ensure compliance with the Texas Workers' Compensation Act, rules of the Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC), as well as internal policies and procedures at a reduced caseload.
- Support and align to our leadership culture through listening and acting on staff feedback, transparent communication, and talent initiatives such as coaching, training, onboarding, and retention.
- Assist management in leading team meetings and contributing to problem-solving and people initiatives.
- Analyzes claim data to identify trends, implement improvements, and drive positive employee engagement.
- Serves as a claims process expert for special projects and dedicated accounts, demonstrating deep knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and procedures.

The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Your recruiter can discuss the full value of our total compensation package with you, including our generous bonus plans and flex-hybrid work model.
Base Pay Range : $82,633.60 - $102,076.80 Per Year
Flex-Hybrid Work Environment :
Texas Mutual's flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
