We are looking for a great communicator and leader to help manage our service department
Responsibilities
- Manage and Control all forms of customer needs
- Lead Service advisors, technicians and all service personnel to "Victory" by providing Leadership and Help along the way
- Inputting correct data to our CRM and reviewing reports daily with the staff
- Grow our customer base and provide a world class service experience for our customers
- Organize and hold weekly training
- Calculate and facilitate out weekly payroll for our service team
- Booking Repair Orders
- Quality Controlling/Internally Auditing Warranty Repair Orders
- Managing all aspects of the service drive
- Generating and managing the Service Advisor schedule monthly
- Being consistently reliable
- Assist with shop workflow
