Responsibilities
Include
- Develop and implement a strategic membership plan to recruit, engage, and retain members in alignment with association goals
- Provide input and collaborate with the communications team to create compelling campaigns and promotional efforts highlighting membership benefits
- Develop and execute strategies and programs to stimulate member engagement and enhance the member experience, as a means to increase member retention
- Evaluate member benefits and identify new opportunities to enhance the value of membership
- Represent TNA at nursing events, conferences and meetings to promote membership opportunities and build relationships
- Ensure accuracy of membership database, including integration of external data into the system, and provide reports as requested
- Maintain and execute the district services plan, and provide support to assist districts with sustainability
- Serve as the staff liaison to the Leaderships Succession and Awards Committees; collaborate with leadership team members to provide support to other committees as needed
- Collaborate with association leadership and participate in the development and implementation of the strategic plan; provides updates to leadership and the Board of Directors regarding membership initiatives
- Maintain optimal relations with key Association members, affiliate organizations and stakeholders, including members, committees, coalitions, the TNA Board of Directors, and other stakeholders
- Measure and analyze effectiveness of programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement; communicate fully and effectively with key internal partners
